170 terms for the work of raising money — development, grants, giving vehicles, governance, leadership, operations, communications, and the calendar that governs all of it.
Some of these name things worth doing. Some name the ways good organizations get stuck. Where a definition sounds like it is making light of the work being done, it is usually just surfacing a reality to some degree; however, I'm open to feedback.
One rule governs the list: -maxxing attaches to the practice, never to the population or the need. There is a term here for the food bank fundraising model and none for hunger.
